A/S Service Information

1. Submission & Processing

  • ·Online Submission: Fill out the request form in the customer
    inquiry section.
  • ·Phone Submission: Contact our customer support center at
    (031-777-1515).
  • ·In-Person Submission: Visit our service center for direct
    submission.
  • ·Shipment: Send your product
    to the service center via courier.

2. Diagnosis & Consultation

  • ·Once the product is received,
    our experts will quickly diagnose
    the issue and inform you of the necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • ·We will provide a detailed
    explanation of the costs and estimated time required.

3. Repair Process

  • ·Upon approval, our skilled
    technicians will proceed
    with the repairs thoroughly.

    during the repair, we will notify
    you in advance and request your approval before proceeding.

4. Inspection & Return

    • 1. Free A/S Period: We provide free A/S for 5 years in case of defects from the product installation date.
    • 2. Paid A/S Conditions: A/S fees may apply if the product is intentionally damaged, disassembled, or reassembled, or if you cannot provide proof of purchase or the warranty certificate.
    • 3. A/S Duration: The A/S processing time may vary depending on the shipping times in each country.
